Use of Stratagems in battle

I have a mission that asks me to use a stratagem.  It is the one that is about Talented Officer and using a battle stratagem against any target.  

Now I know what is being talked about here, I've seen them before, I just can't remember how to find them again.  Can anyone remind me where they are at?

My Stockpile tab, then Strategics tab....if you don't have any, buy em from the Blitzkreig outlet

Ken to use a STRATGEM on troops involved in an attack send your troops out then click on intell tab, view the troops and at the bottom of the pop up is a stratgem button.

Got it.  Can also be accessed from the Generals HQ Building.
